Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at GALMMOR.
We take great care in delivering our perfumes to you and hope you love your purchase.
However, in rare cases where an item is received damaged or incorrect, we offer a simple replacement process.


1. No Return or Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and personal care items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered and opened.
All sales made through https://www.galmmor.com are final.


2. Replacement Policy (Damaged or Wrong Product Only)

We offer a free replacement only if:

  • The product received is physically damaged,

  • The product is leaking or defective, or

  • You received a wrong product compared to your order.

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at care@galmmor.com with the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

    • Unboxing video (if available) — helps us speed up the claim verification

  2. Our team will verify your claim within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same product at no extra cost.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if a replacement for a damaged or incorrect product is not available.

  • Once verified and approved, refunds (if any) will be processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 working days.

  • No refunds will be made for reasons such as personal dislike of fragrance, wrong order placed, or delay in delivery by courier.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.


5. Product Condition for Replacement

To be eligible for replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be sent back in the condition it was received.


6. Shipping Costs

  • If your replacement request is approved, GALMMOR will bear the return pickup and reshipment cost.

  • For unapproved cases or return requests outside policy, shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
