1. Order Cancellation by Customer
You can cancel your order only before it is shipped.
Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at care@galmmor.com or call us at +91-8879074831 with your order number.
If the order is eligible for cancellation, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method via Razorpay.
2. Orders Already Shipped
Once your order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
In case you no longer want the product, please refuse delivery at the time of arrival. Once the courier returns the parcel to us, we will initiate a refund after deducting the two-way shipping charges.
3. Cancellation by GALMMOR
We reserve the right to cancel an order in certain cases, including but not limited to:
Product out of stock or discontinued
Pricing or typographical error
Payment not received or declined by Razorpay
Suspicious or fraudulent transaction detected
In such cases, you will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
4. Refund Timeline
Refunds for cancelled orders will be credited to the original payment source (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking) used at checkout.
Refunds are processed through Razorpay’s secure system within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
