We aim to deliver your favorite fragrances quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders placed through https://www.galmmor.com.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM (IST) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
During sale or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volumes.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
We deliver to most locations across India through reliable courier partners.
Typical delivery time:
Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
Other Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery time may vary based on your location, courier service availability, or external factors such as weather, strikes, or natural events.
3. Shipping Charges
We may offer Free Shipping on selected orders or promotions.
For all other orders, applicable shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with the tracking number and courier details.
You can track your order through the courier partner’s website or via the tracking link provided.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.
If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, phone number, or unavailability, it may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
Once returned, reshipping may incur additional delivery charges.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. Damaged or Missing Products
If your package arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@galmmor.com with photos and your order ID.
We will investigate and arrange a replacement as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India.
International delivery is not available at this time.
9. Delivery Delays
We strive for on-time delivery, but occasional delays may occur due to:
Courier service disruptions
Force majeure events (e.g., floods, lockdowns, strikes)
Remote location delivery restrictions
